1. Product Availability
All products listed on our website are subject to availability.
In case an item is out of stock after your order has been placed, we will notify you promptly and offer alternatives, store credit, or a full refund.

2. Product Information
We make every effort to ensure accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing.
Minor variations in color, size, or packaging may occur due to natural differences in dry fruits and seasonal availability.

3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in INR (Indian Rupees) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Payment can be made through secure online methods such as UPI, Net Banking, Credit/Debit Cards, and Wallets.
Orders will only be processed once payment is successfully received.

4. Order Processing & Shipping
Orders are usually processed within 24–48 business hours of payment confirmation.
Shipping timelines may vary based on location, but we aim to deliver within 8-14 working days in India.
Customers will receive tracking details once the order is shipped.

5. Delivery
Please ensure correct delivery details at checkout. Dayal Dry Fruits is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incomplete or incorrect addresses.
If the package is damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, we request you not to accept it and inform us immediately.

6. Returns & Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of dry fruits, returns are only accepted if the product delivered is damaged, spoiled, or incorrect.
Refunds or replacements will be processed after verification. Please raise a request within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photo/video).

7. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placement if not yet processed for shipping.
Once dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accommodated.
