Refund Policy

At Dayal Dry Fruits, we value our customers and strive to provide the best quality dry fruits and related products. Since dry fruits are perishable in nature, our refund and return policy is designed to ensure fairness and transparency.

1.⁠ ⁠Eligibility for Refunds & Returns
Refunds or replacements are only applicable in the following cases:
You receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
The product is expired or spoiled at the time of delivery.
Products once opened or consumed cannot be returned or refunded for reasons of taste, preference, or change of mind.

2.⁠ ⁠Reporting Issues
Any complaint regarding quality, damage, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with supporting pictures/videos.
To raise a concern, please contact us at our email/contact number with your order ID and details.

3.⁠ ⁠Refund/Replacement Process
After verification of your complaint, we will either:
Replace the product at no extra cost, OR
Issue a refund to your original payment method.
Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.

4.⁠ ⁠Non-Refundable Items
Items purchased under discounts, offers, or clearance sales are non-refundable unless they are damaged or defective.
Products returned without original packaging/seal will not be eligible for refund.

5.⁠ ⁠Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
